Tim Wallace, CPA – Founding & Managing Member
Tim brings over 20 years of experience in business development, accounting and financial leadership, and business advisory services.
Tim leverages his accounting and finance knowledge to understand business issues and assist in providing effective and efficient talent solutions. He has a special interest in building relationships and learning the details that comprise the background of each client.
Tim earned a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. Prior to founding Accord Management Group, Tim’s career has included various roles in business development, leadership, and accounting with Riveron, Robert Half International and Protiviti, Sirius Solutions, Horizon Health Corporation, and Petro-Hunt Corporation.
Grady Turner – Director of Talent Acquisition
Grady has more than 10 years’ experience recruiting Sr. Level Accounting and Finance professionals.
Grady employs a candid, honest approach to both understanding the nuances of a particular role, as well as spending the time necessary to learn the depth of each candidate’s experiences beyond the resume.
Grady earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master of Taxation from Mississippi State University, before obtaining a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas. Grady has held various recruiting positions at Robert Half International, Lucas Group, and several small boutique firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prior to a career in recruiting, Grady worked as an auditor in Arkansas.
